Conditions

The patient is in a state of incapacitation or semi-incapacitation due to neurological disease, and the patient needs to stay in bed for a long time

Interventions

intervention group:The AI-assisted disability care robot was used to prevent stress injury, hypostatic pneumonia and DVT.
control group:Conventional nursing beds and wheelchair appliances were used to give routine nursing measures, such as bedside elevation of 30°, turning over in bed for 2h/ times, back patting 3 times/

65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient is in a state of disability or semi-disability due to neurological diseases, and the patient needs to stay in bed for a long time (estimated bed time > 20 +/- 7 days); (2) The patient or his family members give informed consent and sign informed consent; (3) Age >=65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe damage of heart, liver, kidney and other organs; (2) Patients with tumor; (3) Patients with autoimmune diseases; (4) The patient had developed complications such as stress injury, hypostatic pneumonia and DVT; (5) Unable to cooperate with the study.
