39 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All patients meet the World Health Organization's diagnostic criteria for T2DM; (2) Patients at high risk of diabetic kidney disease; (3) Ages range from 39 to 75 years old; (4) Patients can use WeChat; (5) Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients currently diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy; (2) Patients with mental disorders, cognitive impairments, etc. and unable to cooperate with researchers; (3) Other secondary glomerular diseases caused by primary kidney diseases and hypertension, renal arteriosclerosis; (4) Patients who have recently had diseases that affect urine protein such as diabetic ketoacidosis.
