Interventions

Exergame group:Choose Nintendo WII series motion sensing games for intervention, 2-3 times a week, 30-40 minutes each time, for a total of 8 weeks of appointment
Aerobic exercise group:Adopting traditional aerobic intervention methods

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents aged 12-18 years old 2. The SDS depression test showed a non depressed group, with a standard score of = 8 points and <= 20 points. 3. Physically healthy and able to participate in sports activities normally 4. I or my legal guardian agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals over 18 years old or under 12 years old 2. Intellectual disability and physical limitations (severe mobility, visual or hearing problems, history of asthma, heart disease, etc.); 3. Regular physical activity participants in the past 6 months 3. Patients with other types of mental disorders; 4. Individuals at risk of suicide.
