Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients>=18 years of age, informed consent, diagnosed with primary aldosteronism and willingness to undergo surgery, meet one of the following criteria; 2.Adrenal CT showing the presence of multiple nodular or hyperplastic lesions unilaterally or bilaterally; 3.Adrenal CT showing unilateral or bilateral nodular hyperplasia. 4.Adrenal CT showed a unilateral single nodule except for young patients age 35 years with a combination of spontaneous hyperkalemia marked hypersecretion of aldosterone and CT features consistent with a unilateral adenoma according to international guidelines and except for patients with a plasma aldosterone concentration of 20 ngdL a plasma renin concentration of 5 IUmL a plasma potassium concentration of 3.5 mmolL and an adrenal unilateral nodule of 1 cm in diameter contralateral side was normal according to a national study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combination of severe hepatic insufficiency congenital heart disease malignant tumors and severe infections; 2.Patients with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; 3.Not easy to follow up, not able to provide informed consent, etc. 4.Those who, in the opinion of the researcher, are not suitable to participate in this study.
