Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma by pathological, cytological and imaging examinations; 2. Evaluated by hospital MDT, it was clear that it was unresectable; 3. Be at least = 18 years old; 4. Refusal of chemoradiotherapy or failure of chemoradiotherapy; 5. Liver, kidney, heart and lung function are barrier-free, and there are no contraindications for interventional treatment; 6. Expected survival time is greater than 6 months; 7.PS score= 2 points; 8. Good treatment compliance, can complete treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic reactions to contrast media, chemotherapy drugs, camrelizumab, etc.; 2. Have severe and uncorrectable coagulation abnormalities; 3. Accompanied by severe infection or uncontrollable tumor-related complications; 4. After being informed, refuse to accept the above treatment.
