Conventional ventilation group (Group C):None. Conventional one-lung ventilation,The tidal volume was 10 ml/kg for two-lung ventilation and 8 ml/kg for one-lung ventilation without PEEP
Lung protective ventilation group a( LPV Group):None. Lung protective ventilation, tidal volume was 6ml/kg for two-lung ventilation, 4 ml/kg for one-lung ventilation and PEEP was set at 5 cm H2O

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: this clinical trial is planned to enroll 2024 from July to July 2025, patients underwent elective thoracoscopic mediastinoidectomy or lobectomy at the Beijing Children's Hospital, Capital University of Medical Sciences of the National Medical Center. Age:under 6 years old. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I or II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: patients were excluded if they had respiratory infections in the past two weeks, severe neurological disorder, congenital heart and lung disease, history of asthma, etc. , 4 in patients with significant abnormality of coagulation, liver and kidney function before operation, 5 SPO 2 was lower than 95% under inhalation of air before operation
