Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>= 18 years old; (2) New cerebral infarction confirmed by CT or MRI of the head after admission; (3) within 7 days of onset to enrollment; (4) The patient or the patient's legal representative signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) CT of the head suggests intracranial hemorrhagic disorder; (2) severe renal and/or hepatic insufficiency; (3) Patients with severe edema, known malignancy or autoimmune disease and severe infection; (4) Patients who are receiving steroid therapy at the time of blood collection; (5) pregnant or lactating women; (6) Unable to complete the study for other reasons or the investigator unanimously believes that it is not suitable for enrollment in the investigator
