Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged =18 years who have completed coronary angiography and fundus imaging examinations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Corrected visual acuity <0.3 2.History of congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, pericardial disease, or aortic dissection 3.Severe liver or kidney dysfunction, or a history of malignant tumors 4.Coexisting ophthalmic diseases affecting fundus vasculature, including retinal vascular occlusion, vitreous hemorrhage, intraocular inflammation, any type of glaucoma, macular edema, vitreous traction, age-related macular degeneration, and other macular diseases 5.History of cataract surgery within the past three months, or previous laser or intraocular surgery, intravitreal drug treatment, or major retinal surgery or treatments (e.g., panretinal photocoagulation [PRP], pars plana vitrectomy) 6.Severe opacity of refractive media affecting fundus imaging quality (e.g., cataracts)
