Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. There are clear posterior circulation symptoms at the time of onset; 3. Imaging confirmed acute vertebrobasilar artery occlusion; 4. Undergoing endovascular treatment; 5. After treatment, the blood vessel reaches TICI <2b-3 grade recanalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete baseline data; 2. Patients whose onset to puncture time is greater than 24 hours; 3. Patients whose preoperative MRS score is greater than 3 points; 4. Patients who died within 90 days;.
