Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Psoriatic arthritis (with significant proximal interphalangeal joint swelling), Diagnostic Criteria: CASPAR classification criteria for psoriatic arthritis, 2006; 2. Rheumatoid arthritis (with symmetric swelling of multiple finger joints), diagnostic criteria: Rheumatoid arthritis classification criteria developed by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) 1987 or Rheumatoid arthritis classification criteria developed by ACR/EULAR 2010; 3. Osteoarthritis of the hand (with visible Heberden's and Bouchard's bony nodules), diagnostic criteria: Classification of Osteoarthritis of the Hand, ACR, 1990; 4.Patients volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. No self-care ability; 2. Inability to tolerate inspection; 3. Patients with unhealed wounds on the limbs, skin diseases, and other infectious diseases.
