18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective knee joint surgery; 2.Age range: 18-65 years old; 3. BMI>18 and<28kg/m^2 4. ASA grade I or II, with no significant abnormalities in heart, lung, liver, or kidney function; 5.The patient was aware of the study and actively cooperated
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with a history of anesthesia drug allergies and contraindications to ketamine; 2.Severe functional impairment of important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; 3.Individuals with severe hypertension or arrhythmia; 4.Individuals with acute or chronic pain or long-term use of opioid or nonsteroidal drugs; 5. Patients with combined mental illnesses who are unable to cooperate with postoperative follow-up; 6.Pregnant and lactating women.
