Intervention group:Stress management and resilience training programme with three 2.5-hour face-to-face training sessions every two weeks will be added into the pre-clinical practicum training
Wait-list control group:Usual pre-clinical practicum training

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The target participants are the final-year first-year entry nursing students who are pursuing the Bachelor of Health Science in Nursing programme at Tung Wah College.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are undergoing psychiatric treatment or have participated in other studies or programmes related to psychosocial support will be excluded from the data analysis because their data may contaminate the results.
