Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The age of the patient ranges from 1 month to 16 years old; (2) Children diagnosed with epilepsy (of any type) according to ILAE criteria, or with epileptic discharges without seizures according to the International Federation of Clinical Neurophysiology criteria, accompanied by comorbid neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs), including intellectual developmental disorders (DID), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), etc; (3) Prescription LCM as initial monotherapy (4) Parents/guardians provide written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Progressive central nervous system (CNS) disease; 2.Allergy to any component of LCM; 3.With congenital heart disease, cardiac sodium channel disease, or cardiac arrhythmia with significant hemodynamic impact; 4.Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
