Interventions

Classic personality group.:A single supplementation of sodium bicarbonate before exercise, with a dose of 0.3g/kg.
Gradual Group:Supplement with 0.05g/kg of sodium bicarbonate 210 minutes before exercise, and then supplement with an additional 0.05g/kg every 30 minutes, for a total of six supplements, reaching a t
Progressive Personality Group:Supplement with sodium bicarbonate twice at the two peak personality time points, with dosages of 0.2g/kg and 0.1g/kg respectively, for a total dosage of 0.3g/kg.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gender and Age: Male, young adult Exercise Habit: A healthy individual with a regular cycling exercise habit. Informed Consent: Understands and agrees to the experimental purpose, procedures, and potential risks, and has signed the informed consent form. Maximal Oxygen Uptake (VO2 max): Greater than 45 ml/kg/min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Injury History: Has a record of sports-related injuries within the past 6 months. Physical Activity Level: Insufficient physical activity. Health Status: Has cardiovascular or metabolic diseases. Medication and Supplement Use: Currently taking medications or nutritional supplements.
