Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) female college students aged 18 to 30 years; (2) regular menstrual cycles, defined as cycles lasting 21-35 days; (3) capacity to provide written informed consent and willingness to participate in the study by signing a consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) recent use of medications impacting neurotransmitter secretion, including contraindicated oral drugs, antidepressants, contraceptives, and other psychotropic medications within the preceding three months; (2) presence of gynecological or systemic conditions potentially influencing assessment outcomes; (3) current pregnancy preparation, pregnancy, or breastfeeding status; (4) recent exposure to significant sad or stressful events within the past year; (5) severe language comprehension or expression disorders hindering understanding or compliance with oral and written instructions, or substantial audiovisual deficits impeding communication and evaluation; (6) inability to perform smooth hand movements.
