Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years, male or nonpregnant female; 2.Patients with rectal adenocarcinoma diagnosed by colonoscopy; 3.Receive neoadjuvant therapy according to guideline recommendations; 4.Colonoscopy to obtain biopsy tissue for subsequent RNA-seq testing; 5.Patients without other primary malignant tumors; 6.Patients who are able to understand the purpose of the trial, participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Samples not collected, stored, or processed in accordance with given requirements; 2.Samples not fulfill the requirements for subsequent RNA-seq testing; 3.Cases enrolled with a subsequent diagnosis other than rectal adenocarcinoma; 4.Patient refusal or inability to complete the full course of neoadjuvant therapy; 5.Lack of post-neoadjuvant imaging findings and absence of routine postoperative pathology findings; 6.Patients who, in the judgment of the investigator, fail to meet enrollment requirements;
