Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients suspected of coronary heart disease and planning to use statins 2. Subjects who are not critically ill and may be life-threatening 3. Participants agreed to participate in this experiment and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Statins were used before admission. 2: Patients who used other drugs leading to prolonged QT interval before admission or had plans to use such drugs after admission. 3: Patients with previous history of cardiac ion channel disease, torsade de pointes or sudden cardiac death. 4: Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency and contraindications for statin use.
