18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass surgery for congenital heart disease, valvular disease, coronary heart disease, or macrovascular disease 2. Age >= 18 years at admission 3. Mechanical ventilation duration >= 48 hours after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lung infection occurred before ventilation or within 48 hours after ventilation. 2. Patients undergoing reoperation due to changes in condition. 3. Patients with incomplete key data based on meta-analysis results.
