Interventions

Low abdominal pressure group:Maintain pneumoperitoneum pressure between 7-9 mmHg during the surgical process

Standard pneumoperitoneum pressure group:Maintain pneumoperitoneum pressure between 13-15mm Hg during the surgical process

65 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male; 2. Age range: 65-75 years old; 3. 20kg/m^2 <= Body Mass Index (BMI) <= 30 kg/m^2; 4. ASA classification II-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bleeding volume >= 600ml; 2. Preoperative Hb<10g/L; 3. After traumatic brain injury or neurosurgery; 4. Serious heart, lung, brain, liver, and kidney diseases; 5. Suffering from mental illness; 6. Taking sleep aid medication; 7. The Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score is greater than 24 points.
