60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged =60 years old, living in Yihe Retirement Haoting Apartment, Liwan District, Guangzhou; 2) Clear consciousness, with basic communication skills, can cooperate with research; 3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Concurrent severe mental illness; 2) Severe organic heart disease, malignant arrhythmia, malignant tumor, liver and kidney failure, etc.
