B group:133mg bupivacaine lipid diluted into 15ml of normal saline was injected into each side.
R group:0.4% ropivacaine 15ml was given to each side.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)ASA physical status ?-?, cardiac surgery through median sternotomy, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacement or repair; (2) Complete preoperative preparation for cardiac surgery, preoperative heart rate < 100 beats/min, blood pressure control 110-150/50-90 MMHG, preoperative random blood glucose < 11.1mmol/L; (3) those who signed the TTP block consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) refusal to sign the TTP block consent form; (2) excessive postoperative bleeding requiring reoperation to stop bleeding; (3) patients with delayed recovery and difficult recovery (Steward score < 3 at 48 hours after operation); (4) Unable to extubate temporarily due to pulmonary infection, acute respiratory distress syndrome requiring subsequent treatment or Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support after operation; (5) patients with a history of allergy to local anesthetics.
