18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) First-episode stroke patients with unilateral upper limb or hand dysfunction confirmed by CT or MRI; (2) able to understand and follow instructions; (3) duration of disease less than 12 months; (4) Written informed consent was obtained from patients or their family members. (5) could sit independently, and the sitting balance was level 2; (6) modified Ashworth scale <=2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with cognitive impairment; (2) presence of fractures or musculoskeletal injuries; (3) previous experience in MT; (4) unstable condition; (5) those who are unable to participate in the whole process or do not cooperate; (6) presence of pathological conditions contraindicated to repeated peripheral magnetic therapy (e.g., pacemakers, intracranial implants, implanted drug pumps, epilepsy, and pregnancy).
