Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient meets the indications for performing transcatheter heart valve surgery; 2. First time performing transcatheter heart valve surgery; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Patient informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with combined malignant tumors that invade the circulatory system; 2. Individuals with cognitive and communication impairments; 3. Patients with severe dysfunction of major organs such as lungs, liver, and kidneys.
