Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sex: any gender, BMI 18-30 kg/m^2, age: 18-64 years, ASA class I-III, Child ? Pugh class A or B, volunteering to participate in the study and signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy or lactation; known allergy to any drug used in the study; haemoglobin (Hb) 30 kg/m2 or 180 mmHg, or even > 180 mmHg in primary hypertension without taking any medication; liver function classification > Child- Pugh B, renal function abnormalities (creatine, Cr > 178 µmol/ L); severe organic lesions in vital organs such as heart and kidney; previous history of liver surgery; mental illnesses that prevented simple communication and cooperation in completing the experiments; and severe dysfunction in blood coagulation
