Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Parkinson's Disease with Depressive Disorder Group: 1. Diagnosed with primary Parkinson's disease according to the UK Parkinson's Disease Society Brain Bank criteria or Chinese Parkinson's diagnostic criteria. 2. Meets the DSM-VI criteria for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). 3. MMSE score >= 24. 4. Age 18 and above, no gender restriction. 5. No alcohol or caffeine intake within 24 hours prior to the examination. 6. Voluntarily participates in the study and signs the informed consent form. Depressive Disorder Group: 1. Matched with the Parkinson's with depressive disorder group in terms of gender, age, and education level. 2. Meets the DSM-VI criteria for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). 3. MMSE score >= 24. 4. No alcohol or caffeine intake within 24 hours prior to the examination. 5. Voluntarily participates in the study and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Brain injuries caused by various reasons (e.g., traumatic brain injury, dementia, epilepsy). 2. Severe physical illnesses (e.g., malignant tumors). 3. Substance abuse, such as alcohol, drugs, excessive coffee, or other addictive psychoactive substances.
