Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Suspected brain glioma patients before surgery; 2.Age greater than 18 years; 3.Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score greater than 60; 4.No history of other neurological diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 2.Patients unable to complete the MRI examination.
