Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years; 2. According to clinical and imaging diagnosis, posterior lumbar open internal fixation should be performed; 3.BMI>30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously performed posterior lumbar open/minimally invasive surgery; 2. Lumbar vertebrae malformation or preoperative infectious disease; 3. Patients with diabetes; 4. Patients with tumor; 5. Women who are pregnant or nursing, and patients with mental illness.
