Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligibility criteria for participants include: - Patients aged 20-60, with no gender restrictions. - Patients requiring routine consultations with healthcare providers (e.g., diagnosis explanation, treatment advice) and willing to have their consultation dialogues recorded. - Voluntary signing of an informed consent form. - Commitment to adhere to the research procedures and cooperate throughout the entire research process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects meeting the following criteria will be excluded from this study: - Patients with severe mental or cognitive disorders that prevent cooperative communication.
