Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.From January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2023, who underwent unilateral monondylar replacement surgery in Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University; 2.Age >=18 years old; 3.ASA classification I-III; 4.Single or continuous adductor block was received perioperatively;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Temporary changes in surgical methods due to various reasons; 2.There are serious heart, kidney, liver and other important organ diseases; 3.Can not cooperate with pain scoring or early postoperative rehabilitation; 4.Bilateral single condylar replacement was performed separately or simultaneously during the study period.
