65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Sign the informed consent form (2) Age >=65 years old (3) ASA Grades II–III; (4) Patients undergoing radical resection of gastrointestinal tumors under general anesthesia. (5) Fried scored 3 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency; (2) Preoperative delirium or dementia (3) Inability to enter into verbal communication (4) Failure to sign informed consent; (5) Severe bradycardia (resting heart rate <50 beats/min); (6) Known intolerance or hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine; (7) History of traumatic brain injury or neurosurgical treatment; (8) History of psychotropic drug use;
