Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Consistent with the diagnosis of neonatal encephalopathy. 2.EEG monitoring was performed within 72 hours after birth, MRI+DWI +SWI sequence scanning was performed within 7-21 days after birth, and GMs assessment was performed within 30 days after birth;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other diseases affecting neurodevelopment, such as chromosomal diseases, genetic diseases, neuromuscular diseases, etc; 2.Patients with brain injury in the neonatal period, but complicated with other neurological diseases such as encephalitis, traumatic brain injury, and infection-associated encephalopathy before 24 months of age, which affect the neurodevelopmental prognosis of the patients.
