Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged =18 years with no history of systemic diseases; (2) the posterior teeth without preservation value (3) The buccal bone wall of the extraction socket was intact after extraction (4) no infection of soft tissue wound; (5) Patients had good compliance (6) agree to participate in this clinical trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute infection of affected teeth or adjacent teeth and soft tissues; (2) female patients during pregnancy or lactation; (3) taking drugs affecting platelet or bone regeneration within 3 months; (4) patients with a history of head and neck radiotherapy and uncontrolled systemic diseases; (5) heavy smokers, smoking more than 10 cigarettes/day.
