Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosis of post-herpetic neuralgia; ? Age >=18 years; ? Clear consciousness and clear language expression; ? Patients voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? History of serious organic diseases and mental diseases; ? Combined with other peripheral neuropathy, including diabetic peripheral neuropathy, trigeminal neuralgia and multiple sclerosis; ? Those who are complicated with other physical diseases and unable to complete the questionnaire. ?PHN-related surgical history
