Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age >=18 years; 2.preoperative hypertension grade 1-3; 3.ASA grade 1-3 4.expected duration of OLV >60 minutes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 2.acute respiratory distress syndrome; 3.heart failure; 4.intracranial hypertension; 5.mechanical ventilation within the past 15 days; 6.pneumothorax or pulmonary bullae; 7.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) requiring oxygen or continuous positive airway pressure; 8.Previous pneumonectomy; 9.participating in another interventional study with similar primary outcome;
