18 Years to 20 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Good physical condition, no contraindications to exercise; 2. No lower limb muscle pain or musculoskeletal disorders; 3. No neurological or cardiovascular diseases; 4. Not drinking alcohol, smoking, consuming caffeine, or participating in vigorous exercise within the past 2 weeks; 5. All participants voluntarily signed a participant informed consent form, with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Muscle soreness and injury within the past 2 weeks, and lower limb musculoskeletal injury within 6 months; 2. Suffering from cardiovascular, neurological, or congenital diseases; 3. Unable to persist in exercising.
