Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 65-80 years old; The AD8 self-assessment of cognitive impairment >= 2 or the SPPB test score of 7 to 11

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are unable to participate in the intervention activities due to physical or mental reasons. (2) Those who are receiving somatic/cognitive function treatment or rehabilitation at a medical institution
