Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =50 years old, male or female; 2.The main diagnosis was lumbar degenerative disease, lumbar 45 segment, including lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis. 3.Complete imaging data, nerve decompression surgery is required; 4.Sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lumbar deformity and true spondylolisthesis (with isthmia), lumbar fracture, lumbar infection, lumbar tumor; 2.It is not appropriate for the researcher to participate in this study.
