Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part One: 1. ASA grades I to IV; 2. Age 65 or above; 3. Low-energy damage; 4. Concurrent surgical treatment of single hip fractures (femoral neck fractures, intertrochanteric fractures, subtrochanteric fractures); 5. First hip operation; 6. Patients without multiple fractures; 7. Patients with no pathological fractures caused by osteoarthritis or tumor metastasis; 8. Patients with complete follow-up data such as basic information and medical history information; 9. Troponin measurements should be conducted at least once before and 3 days after surgery. Part Two: 1. Age 65 years or older; 2. Low-energy damage; 3. Concurrent surgical treatment of single hip fractures (femoral neck fractures, intertrochanteric fractures, subtrochanteric fractures); 4. ASA grades I to III; 5. At least one troponin measurement before surgery and one troponin measurement within 3 days after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part Two: 1. Patients with pathological fractures due to tumor metastasis; 2. Patients with periprosthetic fractures; 3. Patients with multiple fractures; 4. Puncture site infection; 5. Lower extremity nerve injury; 6. Patients not suitable for general anesthesia; 7. Contraindications for local anesthesia; 8. Coagulation dysfunction; 9. Elevated cTn caused by stroke, pulmonary vascular embolism, pulmonary hypertension, renal insufficiency and other non-cardiac factors; 10. Patients unable to cooperate with investigators.
