18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-80 years, anterior chest skin sensation intact, ASA I.-III., elective median thoracotomy heart surgery and smooth surgical process
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: BMI 30kg/m2, language communication and comprehension disorders, history of local anesthetic allergy, spinal deformity, peripheral neuropathy and spinal cord dysfunction, history of thoracic and abdominal surgery
