Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 inclusion criteria for enterprises: I involves noise-related operations, such as automobile and shipbuilding, machining, etc. ; II. The factory provides workers with occupational health protection articles on a regular basis. The inclusion criteria for workers; First-line production workers engaged in noise work; II working in the surveyed enterprise for more than 3 months; III no intention to leave within the next six months; IV sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 3 exclusion criteria for workers: I production line managers; II those who can not complete the questionnaire because of reading or communication difficulties.
