Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Caregivers:1) Being over 18 years old; 2) from the parent generation; 3) undertaking the daily care of children;4) have a smartphone and know how to use WeChat; 5) being literate and have adequate digital literacy. Children: aged between 2-5 years. Facilitators: 1) Adults aged 18 years or older; 2)Trained on the content and delivery of the programme; 3) Have access to a smartphone; 4) Consent to participate in the research and implementation of the intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Caregiver and facilitator: - No access to a smartphone - Not providing consent to the research or implementation
