Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions (AFS score 5); 2.(2) The patient is >=18 years old and <=45 years old, and has fertility needs; 3.(3) Consent to follow-up hysteroscopy; 4.(4) Obtaining written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2.(2) High allergy or a history of severe allergy to thrombin; 3.(3) accompanied by systemic infection or severe local infection; 4.(4) amenorrhea caused by decreased ovarian function or other reasons; 5.(5) serious basic diseases such as severe heart and lung diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency; 6.(6) Poor compliance (inability to complete the trial) or the investigator's belief that the patient is not suitable for treatment;
