Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with non-obstructive azoospermia; 2)Patients with preoperative need to undergo two-dimensional ultrasonography preoperatively; 3)Patients who require microscopic sperm retrieval and undergo surgery at our hospital; 4)Age 18--60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have a major illness and still need to take medication to control their behavior. 2) Subjects with severe wasting disease and severe liver and kidney insufficiency 3) Unable to complete follow-up after enrollment 4)Poor image quality.
