Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Development of intelligent management platform for stress injuries in severe patients: semi-structured interviews with platform users (ICU nurses, core members of the wound team). Inclusion criteria: registered nurse in our ICU; obtained informed consent 2. Application and effect evaluation of the intelligent management platform for stress injury in severe patients: the cluster sampling method was used to extract the electronic medical records in the system before and after the application of the platform. Inclusion criteria: complete medical records

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Development of intelligent management platform for stress injuries in severe patients: semi-structured interviews with platform users (ICU nurses, core members of the wound team). Exclusion criteria: further study, practice, regular training, and assistant nurse. 2. Application and effect evaluation of the intelligent management platform for stress injury in severe patients: the cluster sampling method was used to extract the electronic medical records in the system before and after the application of the platform.
