Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.High-altitude patients were enrolled who have lived in the high altitude regions for more than 10 years. At the same time, the kidney transplant surgery has been over 3 years. 2. The kidney transplant recipients returned to live in the Tibetan Plateau (TP) after kidney transplantation .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are serious cardiovascular, liver, pulmonary, and blood disorders (2) patients who underwent kidney transplantation previously and multi-organ transplants; (3) patients lost to follow-up for more than 1 year;
