Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtained a certificate of nursing practice; 2. Clear thinking, good understanding and expression skills; 3. Clinical nurses using nursing information systems; 4. Those who are interested in nursing informatics, who voluntarily participate in this research project and who sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Internship and advanced training nurses; 2. personnel who were not on duty during the study period due to leave of absence, etc.
