Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinically diagnosed Alzheimer's disease; Patients with cognitive function assessment with decline.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with other cognitive impairment diseases; Patients with Alzheimer's disease secondary to other diseases; Patients with hearing and understanding disorders; Patients with severe organic diseases such as massive stroke, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe coronary heart disease and other life-threatening diseases; Patients with persistent speech disorders before admission that pose obstacles to cognitive function assessment; Patients and their families who provide unreliable medical history; Patients with a history of severe brain tumors and brain surgery or long-term residence in other places.
