Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for FAI patients: 1) ankle sprain more than 2 times and obvious sense of loss of control during exercise; 2) Cumberland questionnaire score 24 points. Healthy people included: 1) never experienced an ankle sprain that severely reduced the level of physical activity; 2) Cumberland Questionnaire score >24 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with the following conditions were excluded: 1) had a history of severe lower extremity injury within six months before the experiment; 2) The lateral collateral ligament of the ankle joint is obviously relaxed or broken; 3) Severe craniocerebral injury and balance disorder; 4)Beighton test score >4 points (excessive joint movement).
