65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender not limited, age >= 65 years, BMI 18.0-28.0 kg/m², ASA class II-III; 2. Scheduled for elective laparoscopic resection of colon or rectal cancer; 3. Requires mechanical ventilation under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with preoperative acute upper respiratory tract infection or acute pulmonary infection that is poorly controlled; 2. Those with severe hypoproteinemia and hypoxemia before surgery; 3. Patients with severe COPD and/or severe lung function impairment; 4.Those with thoracic deformities or thoracic vertebral spine deformities affecting ventilation functions; 5. Those with a history of asthma.
