Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Elderly patients without major systemic diseases who can cooperate with treatment operations and long-term postoperative follow-up observation, preoperative X-ray and CBCT examination; (2) Diagnosed with pulpitis or periapical inflammation (periapical low-density shadow range <=8mmf);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with systemic diseases, allergies to local anesthesia drugs or multiple drugs, and other absolute contraindications for treatment; (2) Patients with malignant tumors, patients who have taken oral or injected bisphosphonates; (3) Treatment of patients with extreme fear and psychological disorders, and difficulty in understanding and cooperating with the completion of treatment; (4) The looseness of the affected tooth is greater than I°, or the combined periodontal pulp lesions; (5) There is instrument separation or root fracture or root cleft in the affected tooth; (6) The root canal of the affected tooth is not developed, and the apical hole is open or destroyed; (7) Excessive tension of orbicularis orbicularis oral muscle, mouth opening degree less than three transverse fingers, treatment instruments can not be accurately operated in the mouth.
